Q. Why is the “rates from” rate is never available?
A. Because many of our special rates are based on availability, there are instances when room type availability and overall business levels cause the lower rate to be unavailable or for the special itself to be unavailable.  "Rates from" usually refers to the low season during the summer months.  If you are looking to book during are busier months, such as December, the rates will start higher.
