Meal Plans
Optional meal plans are available at La Marea and La Villa restaurants and are ordered prior to arrival for each day of your stay. Currently Tides Zihuatanejo is offering a Full American Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for $110 per person, per night and a Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner) for $70 per person, per night; either of which may be ordered when booking your reservation.

Cancellation Policy and Deposit
A 1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
During Summer Season (June 1st-Oct 31st) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
During Spring and Fall Seasons (Jan 6th-May 31st & Nov 1st-Dec 19th) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.
During Winter Season (Dec 20, 2008-Jan 5, 2009) booking requires payment
in full. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.*
The mandatory meal plan during this period is $80 plus 25% tax & service per person per day.
No shows will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
*Special cancellation policies may apply for packages and promotions.

Prevention Efforts Against Swine Influenza
The Tides Resorts join the World Health Organization (WHO) in their prevention efforts against swine influenza
We are implementing all preventive measures recommended by the authorities for our guests and associates in our US and Mexico hotels. We are providing our guests with safety information issued by authorities and encouraging our guests to follow these guidelines during their entire stay.
The Tides will waive penalties for cancelling or changing any reservation at its owned and managed properties in the US and Mexico for arrivals before May 31, 2009.
The Tides is collaborating with the authorities and will continue complying with the recommendations as issued by the government and WHO. The safety and protection of our guests and associates is The Tides' highest priority.
