An 19% lodging tax and 10% service charge will apply for all reservations.

Meal Plans
Optional meal plans are available at La Marea and La Villa restaurants and are ordered prior to arrival for each day of your stay. As of January 6th the Modified American Plan (breakfast and dinner) will be $80 + 26% tax and service. Currently Tides Zihuatanejo is offering a Full American Plan (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for $110 per person. During the holiday season the mandatory meal plan is $90 + 26% tax and service.

Cancellation Policy and Deposit
A 1 night deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
During Summer Season (June 1st-Oct 31st) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
During Spring and Fall Seasons (Jan 6th-May 31st & Nov 1st-Dec 19th) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.
During Winter Season (Dec 20, 2009-Jan 5, 2010) booking requires payment in full. During the holiday season the mandatory meal plan is $90 + 26% tax and service.
Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.* 

No shows will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
